We understand that you may be hesitant to call us with questions or to report your concerns about a child or family.
If you are not sure whether to call, we recommend that you do. You can speak with a worker from our Initial Support team to discuss your concerns and provide advice. We are available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Please do NOT email us if you have concerns about the safety and well-being of a child or youth. We cannot guarantee a timely response by email, and you will be much more helpful if you are able to discuss the matter with an Initial Support team member.
